Cara memasaknya pun cukup mudah, hanya di tumis dengan sedikit minyak dan di bumbui seadanya atau di kukus sebentar. Kalau aku menentukan di tumis sebentar kemudian cepat di santap :D

Tidak tahu pasti, sayuran ini memang benar-benar tunas kubis atau sayuran yang memang bukan kubis. Tetapi tetap rasanya lezat, bagi yang belum pernah coba mungkin terheran-heran dengan ukuran sayuran ini. Mirip kubis tetapi lebih kecil,, oh ya disebut juga kol mini.

Berikut materi dan cara membuatnya
Bahan-bahan :
- 250 gram baby kol
- 4 siung bawang merah
- 3 siung bawang putih
- 7 buah cabe merah
- 2 sdt garam halus
- 1/2 sdt gula pasir
- Minyak sayur secukupnya untuk menumis
Cara Membuatnya :
- Pisahkan 250 gram baby kol dengan membuang kepingan bonggolnya, basuh kemudian tiriskan
- Iris tipis 4 siung bawang merah, 3 siung bawang putih dan 7 buah cabe merah
- Siapkan serta panaskan beberapa sendok makan minyak sayur di dalam wajan
- Setelah minyak panas, tumis bumbu-bumbu yang sudah di iris tipis hingga bumbu benar-benar harum
- Masukkan baby kol yang sudah di tiriskan, aduk rata
- Tambahkan 2 sdt garam halus dan 1/2 sdt gula pasir ( tambahkan lagi sesuai selera apabila kurang asin )
- Aduk merata hingga baby kol sedikit layu kemudian angkat dan hidangkan
Tumisan sederhana menyerupai ini dapat di sajikan di keluarga anda, tentunya tidak memerlukan waktu yang usang atau materi sayuran yang seadanya tetapi enak. So, Enjoy Your Cooking Mom :D
Baby Cabbage Stir-Fry Recipe
Baby cabbage often also called cabbage shoots, if in my area called cabbage flower. This one vegetables is being of my favorite, in stir-fry briefly and not too sweet and crunchy taste wilted when eaten.
How to cook it was quite easy, just in stir-fry with a little oil and season potluck or steamed briefly. But i prefer briefly stir-fry quickly at meal : D

Do not know for sure, these vegetables are really shoots cabbage or vegetables that are not cabbage. But still tastes delicious, those who have never tried may be surprised with the size of this vegetable.

Here are the ingredients and how to make
Ingredients :
- 250 grams of baby cabbage
- 4 cloves of onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- 7 red chilies
- 2 tsp fine salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- Taste vegetable oil for frying
How To Make :
- Separate 250 grams of baby cabbage by removing parts of the cob, wash and drain
- Thinly sliced 4 cloves onion, 3 cloves of garlic and 7 red chilies
- Prepare and heat a few tablespoons of vegetable oil in a skillet
- Once the oil is hot, saute spices already in thin slices until fragrant
- Enter baby cabbage that has been in the drain, mix
- Add 2 tsp fine salt and 1/2 tsp sugar ( add more to taste if less salty )
- Stir until slightly wilted baby cabbage then lift and serve
