Ada kepuasan tersendiri dikala hidangan tersebut di santap oleh keluarga kita, komentar yang diterima pun banyak macam. Ada yang bilang enak... ada yang bilang kurang.. tetapi yang lebih penting niat aku memasak yaitu untuk berguru menyajikan sajian sehat dan bergizi untuk keluarga... iya kan bunda :D
Nah, kini aku sharing tumisan sayuran sawi yang sering aku masak di rumah, sederhana ya bunda... sebab memang resep orisinil kuliner rumahan :D
Berikut materi dan cara membuatnya
Bahan-bahan :
- 500 gram sawi
- 6 buah tahu ukuran kecil
- 100 gram kecambah
- 2 batang daun bawang
- 2 sdm ebi
- 5 siung bawang merah
- 2 siung bawang putih
- 7 buah cabai rawit
- 3 sdt garam
- 1 sdt gula
- 4 sdm minyak goreng untuk menumis
- Potong-potong 500 gram sawi, basuh higienis dan tiriskan
- Potong dadu 6 buah tahu ukuran kecil, sisihkan
- Cuci higienis 100 gram kecambah, tiriskan
- Bersihkan 2 batang daun bawang, basuh kemudian iris-iris
- Kupas dan iris tipis 5 siung bawang merah, 2 siung bawang putih serta iris serong 7 buah cabai rawit
- Panaskan 4 sdm minyak goreng di dalam wajan, kemudian tumis bawang sampai harum
- Masukkan irisan cabai rawit dan 2 sdm ebi, aduk sebentar
- Masukkan sawi, irisan daun bawang serta tahu, aduk rata
- Tambahkan 3 sdt garam, 1 sdt gula kemudian aduk sampai semua bumbu meresap
- Terakhir masukkan kecambah, aduk sebentar kemudian angkat
- Sajikan hangat-hangat
Olahan sayuran sawi ini juga cocok untuk vegetarian, hanya saja untuk vegetarian tidak usah menambahkan ebi, udang kering atau cumi asin di dalam masakannya.

Stir-Fry Mustard Mixed Recipe
Mustard is very easy to cook. Either by way of boiled or sauteed. At home I like to mix all sorts of ingredients to cook with vegetables and try different ways.
There is a certain satisfaction when the dishes eaten by our family, the comments received were many kinds. Some say good ... some say less .. but more importantly my intention is to learn to cook healthy and nutritious serving dish for the family ... right : D
Well, now I am sharing a mustard vegetable stir often I cook at home, a simple dishes... because the original recipe home cooking : D
Here are the ingredients and how to make
Ingredients :
- 500 grams of mustard
- 6 pieces of tofu in small size
- 100 grams of sprouts
- 2 leeks
- 2 tablespoons dried shrimp
- 5 cloves of onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 7 pieces of cayenne pepper
- 3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 4 tablespoons cooking oil for frying
- Cut 500 grams of mustard greens, washed and drained
- Diced 6 pieces out of small size, set aside
- Wash 100 gram sprouts, drained
- Clean 2 leeks, washed and sliced
- Peel and thinly sliced 5 cloves of onions, 2 cloves of garlic and 7 pieces of chili sliced oblique
- Heat 4 tablespoons oil in a skillet and saute the onion until fragrant
- Enter sliced chili and 2 tablespoons dried shrimp, stir briefly
- Enter the mustard, chopped green onion and tofu, stir
- Add 3 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar and stir until all the flavors mingle
- Finally enter sprouts, stir briefly and then lift
- Serve warm
