Resep Kuliner Kari Kepiting Khas Kalimantan


Foodies, ni satu lagi masakan khas Kalimantan yang berbahan dasar selain ikan, ialah kari kepiting khas Kalimantan, masakan ini berbahan dasar kepiting. Tanpa basa-basi lagi, ni resepnya :

Bahan-bahan :
- 4 ekor kepiting
- 400 ml santan kental
- 2 batang serai digeprek
- 3 lembar daun salam

Bumbu yang dihaluskan :
- 6 siung bawang merah
- 3 butir bawang putih
- 1 cm jahe
- 3-4 cm kunyit
- ½ sdt terasi
- 1 sdm garam
- ¼ sdt penyedap rasa atau 1 sdm gula pasir
- 2 sdm air asam jawa
- 6 buah cabe merah

Cara menciptakan :
- kepiting dicuci higienis dan direbus hingga kepiting mati dan warna kemerahan lalu potong jadi 2 bagian.
- tumis bumbu halus hingga harum masukan serai, daun salam dan santan aduk-aduk.
- terakhir masukan potongan kepitingan masak hingga kepiting matang dan mendidih siap untuk dihidangkan.
